Registration is compulsory for all scientific presentations.
Faculties, Post-graduate students, undergraduates and private practitioners are eligible
Interesting Case report / Original Research / Review can be presented.
Either paper or poster can be presented. Co-author will also be awarded certificate provided they have registered for the conference.
Word limit for abstract is 150 words and should be submitted only in the links provided.
Structured format for original research category and non-structured format for review and case report and e-poster presentation.
Times New Roman Font size - 14 for Headings and 12 for the content. Presentation time is 8 minutes and 2 minutes for discussion.
Late submissions are not accepted.
The softcopy of the power point presentation and the E-poster should be submitted before hand along with the abstract via google forms provided in the website in the Venue.
Adherence to time limit and rules and regulations of scientific committee of the Conference is mandatory for all presentations.
The poster should contain the Registration IDs at the top right corner.
Should not reveal identity at any context. Two authors for Poster presentation and Presentation by one author.
Time allotted for Poster presentation: 5 minutes (3 min for presentation and 2 min for discussion.
Title of e-poster should not exceed 100 characters
Use clear headings and leave spaces between sections. Pictures and graphics should be of good quality clearly labelled and described.
Posters should be understandable to the viewer without verbal explanation. They should
have clear structure and layout with minimum amount of text. It should be easily readable
from a distance of 5 metres.
Presentation should be 1 PowerPoint slide(Microsoft power point). The page setup or size is
16:9, 1080 resolution, file size max 10mb, JPEG format, orientation: Landscape mode, don't use
slide transitions, animation files movie or soundings in ppt
